I visited Cranston Orthodontics today with my son for a second opinion. The office is clean and organized. The staff is kind and courteous. Dr Cosmo and his staff evaluated my son and told me that he did not need any of the services suggested at our first orthodontic visit elsewhere. Dr Cosmo answered all my questions and shared valuable information with me about what my son might need in the future. Dr Cosmo also has a wonderful personality! I highly recommend Cranston Orthodontics!!!!
Wow, I have dentist hopped for years and never really felt "at home" anywhere. With three kids, it's hard to find a place where you feel comfortable because let's be honest, the dentist office isn't necessarily a person's top choice of places to visit. I must say, this place on the other hand handles my children with care and always explains everything to a T. The assistant, Veronica, is so friendly and my daughter loves her! I am so happy with this establishment and I can happily say, I have finally found my home for dentistry!
My experience has always been excellent. From the very beginning, Marlene has been wonderful—she is consistently pleasant, patient, and very friendly with my children. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and truly goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff is equally kind. They always greet my children and me with a smile, and their welcoming attitude makes every visit enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
